Linda K. Thompson writes from her treehouse in the shadow of the Beaufort Range on Vancouver Island. Her latest publications have been in Prairie Fire and Applebeard Edition’s Canadian Short Fiction and Prose Poetry “Release All the Words Stuck Inside of You”. Linda has a chapbook Four Small People in Sturdy Shoes and her full-length poetry manuscript, Black Bears in the Carrot Field, will be published by Mother Tongue Publishing in July 2021.

Diana Hayes was born in Toronto and has lived on both coasts of Canada.  She has six published books, most recently Gold in the Shadow: Twenty-Two Ghazals and a Cento for Phyllis WebbDeeper Into the Forest, a spoken word/music CD, was produced at Allowed Sound Studio in 2020.   Her poetry has been included in numerous anthologies, most recently, “Love of the Salish Sea Islands”, “Sweet Water: Poems for the Watersheds”, and “YCC-POP – Poetic Portraits of People”.  Her practice of year-round ocean swimming inspired the formation of the Salt Spring Seals.  She has lived on Salt Spring since 1981.        www.dianahayes.ca
